Firstly, can I just say that the customer service was absolutely gold standard. I gave them my budget, my mum’s favourite colour and a little back story as to why I needed to get my beautiful mum flowers today. Not only were the team super responsive and compassionate, but they created a bunch of flowers that matched mum’s favourite colour (shades of purple) and scheduled delivery to ensure she was home (I live in VIC so needed delivery). The bouquet was (almost- nothing is more beautiful than my mum!) as beautiful as my mum is. Thank you so much for sourcing (from local suppliers), putting them together and delivering this perfect bouquet of flowers. You made my mum feel so special during a time when she has needed it most. Toby's arrangement was above and beyond anything I could have expected. He was a delight to speak with and had the arrangement made and delivered in an hour. Beautiful work and an incredible eye. Wow, just wow!
